I would like to introduce to you a very good friend of mine, Thom McFadden (pictured).

I have given Thom the title of "Ambassador of Education" to En101.

The reason is that Thom has been my "mentor" since En101 first started in 2005.  Thom took it upon himself to constantly stay in touch with me, coaching me and continually convincing me of how powerful En101 really is.

I normally don't promote anything except En101, however, there is a book written by Thom that made a big difference in my life.  I read the pre-production version of the book on a trip to Germany and f ollowing the steps in Thom's book, I pictured myself as a "CEO of a HUGE Global company". 

Normally, I was very nervous before speaking in front of large groups, however, I walked onto the stage on that day, full of confidence and pride.
