Enhanced CED Bonus Program

Due to overwhelming response and input, we have revised our “Annual” CED Bonus Program.

The following describes the revised *CED Bonus Program:

1.       The CED "Annual" Bonus will now be paid out “Quarterly”  (every 3 Quad Periods – approximately 3 months).

2.       The CED Bonus will be paid equally to all qualified CED’s.

3.       If you have already achieved CED status, or once you achieve CED status, you always retain that status.

Qualifications:  (The qualifications remain the same)

·         Once you have 4 personal sponsored ED’s in each team, you become a CED.

To share in the CED Bonus Pool:

1.       You must be a CED prior to, or within the current “Quarter”.

2.       You must have 30 personal sponsored (paid) points in the current “Quarter”(the 30 points must be earned after you achieve the status of CED - in other words, the points accumulated while earning your CED status do not count towards the 30 points needed to share in the CED Bonus Pool).

We appreciate all of the suggestions forwarded to us on the CED program and feel that through your ideas and input, we now have the most practical and beneficial CED program.

CED “Quarterly”  Cut-off Dates:

1.       October 24^th, 2007

2.       January 16^th, 2008

3.       April 9^th, 2008

4.       July 2^nd, 2008

5.       September 24^th, 2008

6.       December 17^th, 2008
