We have been receiving reports of members receiving emails from anonymous email addresses that are labeled as En101 emails.

THESE ARE NOT AUTHENTIC EN101 EMAILS.

These are malicious emails being sent by spyware, hackers, and other virus software.

Please do not click on any links or open any attachments in these emails.

They could contain a virus or other virus-like software that could cause problems on your computer.

If the email is not labeled noreply@en101.com or is not a reply to a question, comment, or suggestion you have sent to us, please do not open the email.

If the email from En101 contains information about other businesses, products or anything that does not pertain to En101, please delete the emails immediately.

En101 only sends emails that give updates about the product and/or notifications about your account.

We want to look out for all of our customers and keep them, their personal information, and their computers safe.
