An important notice for our new members...

If you pay by credit card (or by other means that have to be verified such as moneybookers, moneygram, or westernunion), please be aware that we must verify these payments before we can mark you paid in our system.  This may take up to a few hours or a day or so.  (If paying by credit card, it will depend on if we are able to contact you by phone.)

However, all Vouchers will be honored if you enroll by credit card or by the other means listed above before midnight Dec. 31st, once your payment is verified.

但是如果你在12/31/2007午夜前付了费，在确认后你还是可以拿到你的免费礼券。
