I posted this email quite a while back, and thought it might be a good time to post it again. I modified it a bit to bring it up to date.
 Many years ago, I set a goal for myself. That goal was to "create the ultimate...". I never allowed myself to say what the ultimate would be, just "the ultimate".
Then, in 1994, I discovered the Internet. That was a new beginning for me.
My first thought was "A person could build something on the Internet ONE TIME, and sell it a billion times – the exact same one". From that moment, I knew the Internet would play a big part in my future.
I never looked back.
Soon after that, I was invited to a friend's house. He and his wife offered me a small triangular shaped sandwich and some fruit punch. We sat down at the table, and no sooner had I taken the last bite of my triangular sandwich, the husband swept everything from the table, set up a whiteboard, and began drawing circles and explaining this “MULTI LEVEL” payment system to those of us who had been invited.
That was the day I was first introduced to what is referred to as Network Marketing – or as I prefer to call it, at least when talking about En101; Internet Marketing. My life hasn't been the same since.
Imagine getting paid for your efforts, and getting paid for the efforts of others… over and over again.
From that day forward, my passion has been (and is) in developing things that “marketers can market” over the Internet.
(BACK UP 7 YEARS)
For the previous 7 years, I owned/ran a company that developed and manufactured sporting goods products, basically products for the sport of basketball. Each week I would get orders, and had to manufacture and package the products and ship the orders out by the end of the week. It involved a lot of steps. I would pick up small metal rods and deliver them to the metal forming company. Then I would order thin metal sheeting and have small parts stamped out of the sheets. I would order boxes, labels, accessory items and all other components involved in packaging the product. I would pick up the metal stamping and deliver them to the manufacturer, then would pick them up later and deliver them to the painter. Later I would pick up the painted parts and bring all the components to my warehouse. Finally I would package the products and ship them out. The next week the process would start all over again.
(FAST FORWARD)
In 1998 I found myself in a very unique position.
Loving the "multi-level marketing concept", but not really liking the products offered through network marketing companies I had been introduced to, I had set out to create a new concept for a multi-level marketing company. That concept was “do-it-yourself websites and computer education” sold through the multi-level marketing concept. A corporation was formed, and the product was licensed to an existing multi-level marketing company in 1998.
It had taken 4-1/2 years to develop the product, however, within a couple of short (fast) years from that company’s launch, that concept spread around the globe, breaking most multi-level marketing records and expanding into more countries in a shorter period of time than any other multi-level marketing company in history.
The company boasted over $180 million in sales (in over 120 countries), all from one simple idea - to sell a "virtual" product - through the Internet - to the masses.
Well, that was a learning experience, and as I see it, "a dress rehearsal for En101".
Enough about my history...
What I really want to talk about is my experience with the "Master Marketer" during those 2+ years.
During the 2+ year run of that company, I had the privilege of meeting a lot of people from all around the globe. It was a humbling experience to meet so many great people and get to experience so many different cultures.
At the same time, I had the opportunity to "observe" a lot of successful marketers.
Out of all of the marketers that I met and became friends with, one person - or I should say one person's mannerisms - stands out from the rest. He had truly discovered the key to success in multi-level marketing.
I want to share with you the method(s) of this Master Marketer, so you too can become a Master Marketer – no matter what it is you choose to market.
His method(s) is/are so simple that - at first - you may not even grasp it:
(By the way, I watched this Master Marketer use what I'm about to share with you to earn $8 million dollars in that previous 2+ year venture.)
Here it is - in all its simplicity:
No matter what was going on with the company - no matter how bad things may have seemed, or if things didn't "roll out" in a timely fashion - he would ALWAYS use the following words in every sentence he spoke - without fault:

Isn't this business wonderful?
It's so amazing, so brilliant!
The timing is phenomenal!
The marketability is just incredible!
AND … Anytime someone threw out a negative (which negative people always will) ...."Well, what about this or what about that"
His response: "Oh well that is just a small issue ... they (the company) are working on that. They will get it worked out. Don't let that sway you from the big picture. (You would add…) En101 has always completed things and improved their product, from the very beginning!"
Then, he would go right back to:
This business is so fantastic!
The product is superb!
The concept is so terrific!
The price point is perfect!

Seem too simple? Maybe it is. Does it work? You'd better believe it. I watched it work.
Those are the words of a true Master Marketer.
Think about this:
• En101 has a virtual product that can be sold to the masses (build it once - sell it a billion times).
• In my opinion, just about anyone with access to the Internet between the ages of 1 and 100 can benefit from our product.
• Experts predict that over 2 billion people will be learning ENGLISH over the next several years.
With the Internet available on every corner of the globe, a billion (approx.) users and hundreds of thousands of new prospective customers coming online each month from around the world, you will never be on the front of a more exciting, long-term and profitable trend.
