As 2006 comes to an end and we all look forward to a new year Mary & I would like to thank all of you for your efforts and wish you all the best for 2007.
En101 started as a dream, action was taken and it became a reality. Now, almost 2 years later we are growing from strength to strength. We are seeing today 5 times the orders that we were seeing 12 months ago. Our aims are high but life has taught us that it only takes a little more effort to achieve lofty goals than it does to just achieve mediocrity.
This is a good time of year to make a plan for 2007 and if we can pass on one piece of advice, it is to WRITE DOWN your goals. Whatever they are, commit them to paper. It is amazing to know that the one common factor of the most successful people is that they all wrote down their goals.
So for 2007, set your aims, high make a plan and write it down. Be optimistic! Vow to see the glass as half full and rather than putting up barriers, believe that anything is possible and in the words of Sir Winston Churchill, Never, never, never, never ever give up.
For our part we commit to working with you all to see En101 become the most successful company of its kind in the world and we know that with your help, the commitment of Richard McCullough our CEO and Karin his wife this will be our year!

As we roll out of 2006, and into 2007, Karin and I would like to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for all of the well wishes and kind words.
For us, it has been like Christmas all year... hardly a day went by that someone did not give us an idea that made En101 better and stronger for everyone.
Our hats are off to you! We make a GREAT TEAM!

Hello Everyone,  What an Awesome... Awesome trip I had!
My 23 day journey was a "wonderful" learning experience.
First of all, I didn't advertise the trip, I wanted to see who all was paying attention and speaking with their teams.
Well, I must say - I was totally "blown away" with the response we got, and with the crowds of people who attended the meetings. There was hardly a meeting where we didn't have to bring in extra chairs for all the attendees - or where we didn't have to speak extra loud so the members who were forced to stand outside of the crowded meeting could hear!
To say I was "very proud" of what YOU have accomplished would be an understatement!
I do want to say HELLO to all of my NEW friends. I met so many people of such high-caliber in the countries I visited on this trip. And, a special HELLO to all of my OLD friends... it was so great to see all of your smiling faces once again!
I'm going to let you in on a little secret...
YOU ARE ON TO SOMETHING REALLY BIG HERE!
YOU have taken En101 to unbelievable NEW heights.
YOU have created an enormous movement!
YOU have opened up doors to the entire world!
Because of YOU, our world will be a better place for generations to come.
I will try really hard - this week - to get up some of the pictures I took on the trip, however, I would appreciate it if you would also send some of your pictures so we can share them with everyone... please send them to: En101Trip2006@gmail.com
I have a LOT of work to do. I took a LOT of notes while on the trip, and am working on a LOT of YOUR ideas!
